The game sounds interesting and while we could speculate, the game could be executed in a number of ways. The 'co-op' play was previously only available offline with an AI partner in the Scenario Campaign mode. The update -- expected to hit Xbox Live and PlayStation Network January 18 -- makes the mode playable for two online with the option of voice chat.
The Mokujin tweak applies to online versus mode. Previously, the wooden dummy wasn't switching up his fighting styles nearly enough to stay true to the character's 'Mokujin-Ken' copycat skill. The fix will force Mokujin to change his style every round.
